How does delivery work?

✔︎ We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and we do deliver world-wide. Australia and New Zealand can expect the parcel within 2-14 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. For Australia and New Zealand we also offer express shipping, which is calculated at checkout.

For other countries we do not offer express delivery and during this period of uncertainty, we can not guarantee an accurate time of delivery. We shall, and always will do our best.

We make sure that HSV 9-1-1 gets to you as soon as possible from our end. We apologise to international customers if your order doesn't arrive on time. This is out of our control.

You parcel will arrive discreetly, with a standard parcel post label and branding. (For international customers, this would be the generic shipping invoice for your region).

For additional discretion we can remove our business name from the parcel post label. Add a note at checkout if you would like this.

Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love HSV 9-1-1. However if you do not find HSV 9-1-1 worked for you we do offer a 90-day returns policy.

Please note that when applied to an existing cold sore, HSV 9-1-1 can only stop it from erupting further and speed up the scabbing process, but when applied at the very early stage, HSV 9-1-1 can help stop the cold sore from manifesting. For this reason if you think it hasn't worked and you have applied to an already existing eruption we advise to wait for another outbreak and apply at the first sign, if you think it still hasn't worked we are more than happy to refund you.
