Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer 90 days because if you apply to a full blown break out it can only speed up the scabbing process, if you aren't satisfied with the product we please ask that you wait for your next outbreak and apply as soon as you feel one coming. If you are still not satisfied we are more than happy to refund you, but you will have to pay for the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hsv911.com. If we haven't been able to trouble shoot the problem for you then your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All you need to do is contact us at info@hsv911 and we are here to help you.
